Frequently Asked Questions
Q. When will I get the Plus benefits on my account?
A. Once your subscription is confirmed, you will have access to all Plus benefits.
Q. Can I cancel my Plus subscription?
A. Yes, you may cancel your Plus membership renewal at any moment on Cipher Compendium (in your user settings under "Plus Membership"). Your subscription will not be renewed and your benefits will remain active until your subscription expires.
Q. What happens if my Plus subscription is fully canceled?
A. You will no longer be eligible for Plus benefits. In the case of drafts, you can continue to edit and save them, but will no longer be able to create new ones. For wishlists and custom lists, you'll only be able to continue using the main one; the others will be saved to your account but locked and will be hidden from other users. You will be able to access them again if you reactivate your Plus subscription.
