This deck is built almost exclusively around growthing Ike. You want him stacked as high as possible, a good turn one is usually leveling up 1 cost Ike, followed by a class change on either turn 2 or 3. You want him on his 4/3 card until he hits a stack of 6, using Elena, Micaiah, and Soren to help growth him. Then you drop the big boy, the 7/5 GIRTHY man. Then you just... kill everything. Big Micaiah and other cards will help to continue to grow him, reaching a potential strength of 160. Rebecca provides support equal to Ike's stack x10, so that's BIG support. If you ever draw her, bond her. Use Reyson to untap Ike in the case he fails reach necessary strength to kill someone (impossible btw) or if someone evades him (much more likely). There's a lot of Ike in here, so it's not unlikely you get a failed support, Mist will help with both getting Ike new supports to replace the failed ones and with cycling through your deck for more Ikes in the Retreat Area (where most of your growthing comes from).
